There are lots of ways you can support us, whether it's through a donation or by giving your time. We really rely on our supporters to help us make a difference.

We value our members and are always welcoming new members who support our aims. Members will receive our annual report and accounts, newsletters, discounts on conferences, access to our library and invitations to our AGM.
The annual cost of membership is £12 for an individual or £40 for a corporate/professional.

If you fancy a new challenge, why not raise money for us at the same time. It might be a sponsored run, swim or cycle or even a jungle trek, parachute jump or cupcake sale. We love hearing about sponsored events and can provide sponsorship forms and t-shirts to support you. You can also set up a fundraising page on http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com
You can use the online VirginMoneyGiving Page to set up a regular donation or download our standing order form (link to pdf) and return to us by post.

If you are able to spare some time we are always looking for volunteers to help support us. Our volunteers are extremely valuable to us and make a huge difference to the work we do. If you are interested in helping at events or becoming a befriender for an adult with autism or even assisting with large mail outs for example, then we would love to hear from you.
Make your donation tax effective by giving through your salary. Your donation will be deducted before you pay tax, meaning that a £10 gift will actually only cost you £8 from your salary or £6 if you are a higher rate tax payer.

Gift aid is one of the most effective ways of making your donation worth more. For every £1 you give we can claim an extra 28p from HMRC at no extra cost to you.
