- Motivation around personal care and developing self esteem

Eligibility
Domiciliary care is for people who have an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They need not always have a formal diagnosis, but would be expected to have social and communication difficulties characteristic of Autistic Spectrum Disorders which make it harder for them to lead satisfying lives without specialist support. Provision of the service is at the discretion of Bromley Autistic Trust.
Referrals
Referrals are received from the Community Assessment Team, from families or self referral. An individual plan will be developed between the service user, care manager (if appropriate) and the Independent Lifestyles team, who will identify areas of need and goals, as specified in the care plan. This will include information on how many visits and hours of service are to be provided each week.
Domiciliary Care will carry out a full risk assessment. Regular reviews will be held. Service users may be assessed for charges by the local authority if appropriate.
